To celebrate, we've created a short documentary featuring singers, composers and collaborators telling the story of our recording label and what it means to them. National Youth Choir Recordings was established in 2015. It shows the full breadth of music sung by the UK's finest young singers aged 9-25 as well as our Fellowship Ensemble and alumni. The piece bids farewell to earthly things, evoking the heavenly beauty of the celestial realm. This is a poignant release for us as we say goodbye to outgoing Principal Conductor Ben Parry, whose artistic direction on this track remains noticeably faithful to Harris' original markings.
