Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of collaborating with several primary schools in the Newark and Mansfield area, and the engagement was incredible! Now, we are thrilled to announce our return to Mansfield, this time with an open-to-public and completely free workshop day during the summer holiday! Summer Holiday Vocal Day 2024 Saturday 31 August10am – 4pm Mansfield Central Library Get ready for a fun day filled with singing, laughter, and musical exploration as we invite young people from across Nottinghamshire to join us at our Summer Holiday Vocal Day. Led by our friendly team of vocal leaders from the National Youth Choir, young singers will learn exciting new songs, make new friends, and develop their musical skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Come join us and experience the joy of singing! 🎵 What to expect: Singing workshops with returning vocal leaders Greg and Charlotte Learn a range of new songs across styles, genres, languages and cultures Make new friends and sing with others from across Nottinghamshire Develop your musical skills and confidence Everything we do as a group will be taught during the day, so there’s nothing to prepare ahead of time, just bring yourselves and be open to new experiences with music!
