Home Apply now Read all blogs See all alumni Explore our work Our singing pathways Fellowship blog 2025 #4 Meg Webb As my Fellowship year on the Emerging Professional Artists Programme comes to a close, with the upcoming Youth Composers 7 album on the horizon and a recent recording with National Youth Voices completed just a few weeks ago, I've been thinking about the ways to summarise my journey over the last year. As I sat munching my way through the last of my M&S Percy Pigs on the train home from School Farm Studios last October, I came up with this silly little self-illustrated bingo, reflecting on at least some of the thoughts I had during the process. From numerous cups of tea, to miscounted rhythms, to the endless promises of 'this really will be the last take', this post was made from a place of genuine affection for the colleagues and friends I've made and worked with, and with the extraordinary organisation that is National Youth Choir. NYC has taken me under its wing, nurtured me as a musician and choral leader, and for that I am truly grateful. I hope you all enjoy the upcoming album, and all the best to this year's cohort!
