Formed in 2014 (first releases in 2015), NYCR was created to capture the artistry, ambition, and imagination of the National Youth Choir's work, and to share it with audiences worldwide. Since our first release, NYCR has grown into a platform that showcases not only the finest performances of choral music but also champions new and under-represented voices. Through our recordings, we aim to inspire listeners, create professional opportunities for young artists, and contribute to the evolving landscape of choral music. All recordings released under NYCR are produced to professional standards and are fully licensed for distribution. The vast majority of our releases are mastered by a Certified Apple Digital Masters (MFiT) engineer, and we take pride in ensuring the accuracy & quality of all metadata submitted to DSPs.
